• House - 3 bedrooms - 2 baths - large enclosed lanai room - sleeps 4 to 6
• There are three bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and a futon in the lanai room. Living room is well appointed with beuatiful furniture, TV with digital cable reception and DVD, a Verizon DSL connection and CD player.
• The Kitchen is fully equiped with new gas appliances, microwave, pots and pans and utensils. The kitchen is a beautiful large open space connected to the Dining Room with enough seating for six.
• Master Bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom and extra large tile shower. Great views of Sunset Beach out of both windows.
• The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and beautiful furniture with both views of the mountains looking back toward Pupakea and Sunset Beach.
• The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and view of the mountains.
• The enclosed Lanai Room is approximately 700 square feet. This room has an additional living area, dining area and even another small sitting area. This is the room for relaxing, reading, conversing, listening to music and watching Sunset break. The Lanai Room also has a full size futon for an additional sleeping area, 2 ceiling fans and beautiful new furniture.
• The house has solid oak floors, completely newly remodeled bathrooms, ceiling fans throughout, redwood walls and of course all of the Plumeria Trees in the orchard.
